Red & White, a wine shop in Chicago focusing on natural and biodynamic wines, has opened its long-awaited wine bar in the Bucktown neighborhood. Owner Nathan Adams has been cellaring special wines he’s come across since opening the shop in 2008 and is now pouring them at the bar. The selection changes frequently but sticks close to France; this winter saw plenty of Beaujolais to go with the duck confit and charcuterie plates.
