- 1½ oz Laird’s Bonded Apple Brandy
- 1 oz Channing Daughters VerVino Vermouth Variation 1, Batch #2
- ½ oz Lustau Pedro Ximenez San Emilio Sherry
- 5 drop Bittermens Xocolatl Molé Bitters
- Build ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with one Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
