  • oz Laird’s Bonded Apple Brandy
  • 1 oz Channing Daughters VerVino Vermouth Variation 1, Batch #2
  • ½ oz Lustau Pedro Ximenez San Emilio Sherry
  • 5 drop Bittermens Xocolatl Molé Bitters


  • Build ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with one Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
