In this candlelit bar, there’s no wine list, per se, just a letterboard listing the day’s offerings of cheese, charcuterie and wine, most of it of the natural persuasion, and curated by Jason Piggott. The place is known for its tap wines, a rotating selection of domestics, most kegged exclusively for Bandini, made by friends at the likes of Ambyth, Deux Punx and Scribe.
