“Judy Rogers might be gone, but the energy and integrity still holds true,” says One Market wine director Tonya Pitts. The restaurant’s gracious waitstaff takes it from there, helping guests decide between a Mount Eden Pinot Noir and Marc Roy Gevrey-Chambertin for the obligatory roast chicken.
