The younger sister to State Bird Provisions, Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski’s runaway hit next door, The Progress focuses on food that’s innovative and international. The wine list, run by Jason Alexander, is filled with mildly geeky, eminently drinkable wines by the glass and bottle, with plenty of thirst-quenching grüner and riesling.
