Otoño marks the resurfacing of Teresa Montaño, once the chef at the now shuttered Raciòn in Pasadena, that rare tapas restaurant that begged comparisons to Bilbão. Montaño has transposed that effort into this Highland Park joint, and Katie Putterlik’s beverage list runs the Iberian gamut, with a selection of Spanish-style Gin & Tonics, savory-sour ciders, Sherries and Rioja, all ready for the crustiest paella in town.
