Anchoring a courtyard complex in Highland Park, Hippo is a partnership between two Mozza alums, Matt Molina and David Rosoff. Molina serves up Mediterranean comfort food—roasts, pastas and homey braises. Rosoff pulls from his long resumé as a sommelier for a list strong in Spanish, French and Italian selections, including a section featuring the wines of “Islands and Volcanos.”
