Botanica is a low-key, alfresco-patio affair with a vegetable-dominant menu, run by Emily Fiffer and Heather Sperling. That focus extends to the drinks program: try a Martini with muddled arugula, or The Beet, a beet-mezcal cocktail. Sperling’s wine list has natural leanings, too; wines like Eva Fricke’s Lorch Riesling or Donkey & Goat’s Ramato pinot gris are deft foils for vegetarian dishes.
