An offshoot of Lazy Bear, which puts together one of the more experimental tasting menus in town, True Laurel is also edgy but less of an investment. After dinner service ends, the kitchen stays open past midnight, turning out a handful of treats like Old Bay–dusted shrimp chips. Nicolas Torres’s drinks are true originals, featuring ingredients like Meyer lemon–infused Fino Sherry, pét-nat and redwood tips.
