In a town known for slushy margaritas-by-the-yard, Eyecandy stands out. Fresh ingredients make all the difference in house favorites like the Hemingway Daiquiri, made with Montecristo rum, Maraschino liqueur, fresh ruby red grapefruit juice and lime juice; and Between the Sheets, forged with Courvoisier VS, Ten Cane Rum, Cointreau and fresh lemon sour. Master mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim crafted the cocktail menu-and spent a month training the staff.
