Squash It


Ingredients
  

  • oz Jameson Irish whiskey
  • oz butternut squash purée
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • oz simple syrup
  • 6 sage leaves

Instructions
 

  • Combine the first four ingredients and 5 sage leaves in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a coupe. Garnish with the remaining sage leaf.
