- 2 scoops lemon sorbet
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz vodka
- Pinch of lemon zest
- Combine the ingredients in a blender. Pulse until mixed thoroughly. Pour into an ice cream soda glass or a coupe. Garnish with a pinch of lemon zest.
