  • 2 scoops lemon sorbet
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz vodka
  • Pinch of lemon zest


  • Combine the ingredients in a blender. Pulse until mixed thoroughly. Pour into an ice cream soda glass or a coupe. Garnish with a pinch of lemon zest.
