Poinsettia - Wine & Spirits Magazine



  • 4 oz sparkling wine
  • ½ oz cranberry juice
  • ½ oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
  • 1 strip orange peel


  • Pour two ounces of the sparkling wine into a flute and add the juice and Curaçao. Top with the rest of the sparkling wine. Twist the orange peel over the glass and drop it in.
