The Life of Tea: A Journey to the World’s Finest Teas by Timothy d’Offay;
Red & White: An Unquestionable Thirst for Wine by Oz Clarke; and
Vineyards, Rocks, & Soils: The Wine Lover’s Guide to Geology by Alex Maltman. The awards are among the wine world’s most prestigious and are given yearly in memory of André Louis Simon, a prolific writer and gastronome who penned more than 100 books on wine, and established what’s now called the
International Wine & Food Society.
