Pairing Dinner with The Hilt Estate

The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara’s upcoming wine pairing dinner series features some of the region’s top winemakers at the Angel Oak Wine Cellar.
The carefully curated four-course pairing menu is crafted to highlight the unique flavors of each featured winery. Collaborating with Chef de Cuisine, Diego Seitour, the menu will be a celebration of the region’s finest flavors.
The evening will start off with a welcome at The Bacara Wine Tasting Room before making your way to Angel Oak for dinner. Conclude the night in the private wine cellar room, where Pastry Chef Omkar Kulkarni will serve a hand-crafted dessert.
Seats are $195 per guest, excluding tax and gratuity charges. Reservations can be made online.
