    • 1.5 ounces Montemar gold grappa
    • 0.75 ounces Lillet Blanc
    • 0.25 ounces Gran Classico
    • 3 drops grapefruit bitters
    • *1 bar spoon Suze optional

    Instructions
     

    • Shake the grappa, Lillet Blanc, Gran Classico and grapefruit bitters with ice and strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
    • Rub the rim of the glass with the orange twist and squeeze the peel over the drink to release the essence of orange oil
    • *For a more bitter cocktail, stir in one bar spoon’s worth of Suze.
