Stay Up Late

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ floz gin
  • ½ floz Cognac
  • ¾ floz lemon juice
  • ¾ floz simple syrup
  • soda water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients (except soda water) to a tin and shake with ice. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
