Cape Gin

Lorna Scott spent 20 years in Scotland working in agricultural development before moving back to her native Still Bay, South Africa. Her small farm lies in the middle of the Cape Floral Region, which runs along the coast from the Western Cape to the East. The area is rich in “fynbos”—native or hybrid plants found nowhere else on the globe. Scott hand-harvests fynbos for a range of Inverroche Gins—curating the blend according to the seasons. Her Classic has aromas and flavors you might associate with orange zest and grapefruit peel; Verdant offers scents of lilacs and aniseed; and Amber has notes of clove and cherry. Whichever gin suits the temperature, splash with tonic and let the native botanicals shine.
