Pasubio

Since 1909, Erboristeria Cappelletti has been making amari and aperitivi from the herbs, flowers and berries that grow near the distillery in the Trento region of northeast Italy. Pasubio, its newest amaro, is definitely bitter, but rounded out by its aged-wine base, and lifted with high tones of native Mugo pine and wild blueberry. Sip it chilled, after dinner, with walnuts.
