Piñon Martinez

Ingredients —

1½ ounces El Jimador Tequila Blanco
1 ounce Woods Spirit Co. Pacific Northwest Amaro
¼ ounce Luxardo Maraschino
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions —

Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with an orange twist.
