Wine & Spirits' print and digital magazine is published eight times a year and read by over 200,000 members of America's wine community. Consumers and wine professionals access our website and magazine for information on established and up-and-coming regions and producers, the art and science of viticulture, industry happenings and food and wine pairing. Wine & Spirits, the only wine publication to win the James Beard award five times for excellence in wine writing, evaluates more than 15,000 wines each year.

Wine & Spirits Event Management
• Event Management
    - Act as the Winery Liaison
            i. Manage winery participation and logistics
    - Handle trade attendance
            i. Both paying and non-paying trade

• Sponsorship Liaison and Ambassador
    - Establish and maintain strategic event partnerships with outside organizations throughout the year
            i. Serve as W&S ambassador at sponsored events when possible

List Management and Development
• Oversee on-going network of national outreach
    - Restaurants, retailers, media, tasters, importers, wineries, distributors

• Circulation
    - Manage customer service needs to subscribers
    - Maintain retail print program available on W&S website
    - Add attendees of all W&S events and sponsored events to subscription lists
    - Increase reach of digital products

Branding Coordination
• Manage production, design of all promotional materials for W&S events
• Oversee brand materials associated with event partnerships
• Coordinate creative, production and design of in-house ads and marketing materials
• Consult on the design, voice and timeline of digital marketing outreach

PR & Social Media
• Work in tandem with the Digital Editor on event calendar, event announcements, special countdowns and brand promotion campaigns through social media platforms
• Create press releases for special issues and articles featured in W&S

Education Program
• Develop the education arm of W&S (smaller, nation-wide events/tastings/seminars)
    - Winery liaison
    - Establish and maintain contact list of potential workshop clients
    - Venue development
    - Maintain calendar
    - Consult with editorial team to develop workshop syllabus
