Named after the famous East End district where “mother’s ruin” poured freely while Jack the Ripper was lurking in the alleyways, the space looks like a tube station with a steam-punk makeover. Gin expert Keli Rivers takes the lead on the gin selections (over 400, with flights available) and a Bible-sized cocktail menu that hits all corners of time and space.
