General manager Juan Carlos Ruelas and bar manager Leon Vazquez have gone deep into natural wine at this Mission restaurant, where chef Jorge Martínez’s witty riffs on Mexican dishes (like panko crusted avocado tacos) mirror the space’s electric decor. Ruelas and Vasquez are equally excited about agave, offering a serious mezcal library and savory agave driven cocktails.
