A team of longtime neighborhood residents is behind this new farm-to-table gem in Harlem. Wine director Gabriela Davogustto has stocked her list of 100 selections with wines from small, organically minded producers across the globe. It’s hard to find a boring choice, or a bottle above $100 for that matter. Forlorn Hope’s Que Saudade Verdelho ($60) is a great place to start, followed by the Old-Vine Carignane from Donkey & Goat ($60) or Pedro Parra’s Imaginador ($55).
