The ABAA New York International Antiquarian Book Fair (NYIABF) is returning to the Park Avenue Armory in New York City from April 27-30, 2023 for its 63rd Edition. This year, NYIABF reveals over 180 exhibitors—like Maggs Bros Ltd., who will be bringing the first American book on distilling from 1804, entitled The American Distiller, by Michael Kraft.
Dedicated to Thomas Jefferson as “the munificent patron of the sciences”, the book contains directions for making apple-brandy, mint, citron, orange, cinnamon and clove.
