THE MISSION Drink Wine, Save Water! In keeping with Wine & Spirits Magazine’s mission to raise awareness of water conservation issues, this event is a benefit NY/NJ Baykeeper. The Baykeeper's mission is to protect, preserve, and restore the ecological integrity and productivity of the Hudson-Raritan Estuary – one of the most urban estuaries on the planet. Since 1989, we have served as citizen advocate for the bays, streams, and shores of the Estuary. Baykeeper stops polluters, champions public access, influences land use decisions, and restores habitat - benefiting the natural and human communities of our watershed.
