What is the taste-off?
The teams will travel to NYC to participate in a taste-off on Monday, January 16, 2017 at City Winery. Each team will present its selection to an audience of 40 leading members of the trade, and to the members of the other teams. The audience and other participating sommeliers will taste the wines and vote on the each team’s selection based on their expression of the region. The team with the most votes will be declared the winner and win a sponsored trip to an international wine region.
