Cocktail Recipe

The Gitano

Ingredients —

1½ ounces pisco
½ ounce La Garrocha amontillado Sherry
¼ ounce Ramazzotti
¼ ounce Giffard Abricot du Roussillon

Instructions —

Stir, strain and pour into a coupe. Serve.
