Cesar is a Scotch destination, but that's also a bit like saying a smorgasbord is all about the smoked salmon - when you go to a bar with such a gargantuan spirits selection, settling on one almost seems a little limiting. But if you're a purist (and many malt fans are) then all those other options are easy to ignore, especially when bar manager Dennis Lapuyade stocks Islays, Highlands, Lowlands and every midland between, along with special barrel selections, cask-strength beasts, and a dozen drams older than your children, or possibly even your parents. Implement a Scotch-a-week program for yourself; it could keep you occupied for a year.
