Louis XIII is as over-the-top as the name suggests, from its Barbarella-meets-Design Within Reach esthetic to its two dozen Champagne cocktails, amped up with ingredients like green chartreuse and house-infused tequila. To go with the fancy French-Asian fusion food, there's a wine list nearly as long as Les Mis. The 1,200-plus bottles range from an affordable St. Croix Frontenac from Minnesota for $30 to the 1989 Le Pin, a touch more expensive at $4,800.
